Before Returning a Product
Contact AITUOS TECH before sending any item back. Include the order reference, model number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Return Condition
Returned products must match the supplied item and remain in the condition required by the applicable sales terms. Items that have been installed, damaged, altered, programmed, opened in a way that affects resale condition, or returned without required accessories may need additional review.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Banking and payment-channel processing times are outside our direct control.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return and the applicable quotation or sales agreement. Contact us before arranging transport.
Order-specific Terms
If a quotation, proforma invoice, purchase agreement, or written sales confirmation contains terms that differ from this page, the order-specific written terms take priority.
